Children's Ministry
At THE LIFE, children are not the church of the future; they are the church of TODAY! Children play an active and important role in our communities and worship services at THE LIFE. For example, children lead the entrance into worship by parading in the altar cross and c
ommunion elements. Young people will read the lessons for the week, and as we lift up our prayers to God, children bring lighted candles and incense to the communion table.
As a Church that is new, we are always looking for opportunities to expand our ministry to and with children. Please continue to see how our ministry grows.

Summer Program
Our summer program for preschool children is open for four weeks, beginning June 29 through July 23. Each week will focus on a different theme and will include music and crafts, outdoor play and activities relating to the theme of the week. "High Seas Adventure" - August 16-20, 9 a.m. to 12 noon
This summer we'll be having some swashbuckling fun as we board a great big ship and sail out to the High Seas! We can't wait to hit the waves and would really love it if you were a part of our journey!
There are two ways you can join us this summer - volunteer your time or be a participant. Either way you're bound to have a great time on our High Seas Expedition!

Ministry With Children
We REACH OUT with young people, not so much doing ministry for children, but doing ministry WITH children. Throughout the year we host mission, service days called LABOR FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR. Children are always encouraged to help us help others.
We welcome children ages 9 to 13 for a variety of fun events during the summer.
